The Handbook is a compilation of specifications, methods of installation, and standards for 35 specialty trades that are typically involved in the construction or remodel of a house.

After two years of research throughout the homebuilding industry, including input from 70 recognized industry experts, and citing eighteen industry publications of authority, the authors have produced a book that reflects fair and equitable standards of home construction for both builders and homeowners.
